    can you get sued by a on line quick loan company?

    2 years ago I applied for a quick repay loan on line, it was a 600.00 loan to be paid back in 2 weeks..400.00  was deposited in my wifes bank account..i was laid off shortly after it was deposited. they caused a bunch of withdrawals on her acct. and she had to pay several fines..and they began harassing phone calls..now they are threatening to sue..

      If you haven't paid the loan back they have every right to sue you.

        Yes. You can be sued by anyone to whom you owe money. It's best to pay people what you owe them and not have those kinds of things hanging over your head every day.
