      Always use a capital letter when starting a sentence and finish with a period.  A cup of coffee would be perfect.

            Grammatically it is correct. A cup of coffee would be perfect! (Usually ended with a thank you if someone offered the coffee). A cup of coffee would be perfect, thank you!
