There are many sites at which downloading Minecraft for free is possible. Note that the free versions are trial only. After the rial period you must buy the game if you wish to continue playing. The game is approx. $25 to download. The following links are for such sites:

I was under the impression you cannot do that as you need to buy it from minecraft for your rights to Play it.
