Would you like a cooking tip?
If you are going to stir fry your nice shrimp or chicken, be sure and use peanut oil or cannola oil.
I used olive oil and burned up my COMPANY dinner. : ((
We ended up going to In & Out Burgers. (Terrible name. Great hamburgers)

Olive oil is tasty on salad, not good for frying, too bloody expensive S.

but oil oil is soooo good for you. (but not for your wok)
It is good for your wok, don't clean it with detergent, give it a wipe with a dry cloth and a little oil, if you've burnt the woks surface you should buy a new one.
Fortunately the wok didn’t burn. GOOD advice to clean the wok with oil. I knew that at one time but forgot.
