    What happens to my body if in a given day I am unable to provide it a particular nutrient or provide below it's RDA ?

    In just a day? Not much. Your body does store stuff it needs for days when it does not get the proper nutrition.

    It appears that if I consume more than RDA of a nutrient it is stored . But if I again eat the same nutrient more than the RDA value the body excretes it?
