    what would cause my brake lights stay on after I have let my foot off of the brake?

    I own a 1991 Nissan maximum, had to take the fuse out so that my battery don't wear down, please help if ya can.

      A short in the wiring or the brake switch located under the brake pedal arm is stuck.
