Get in touch with his commanding officer. If your husband is allowed and can get a computer, you can use Skype to do a Skype to Skype video call. He will need permission to do this though and you will also have to download Skype. Both computers will need a webcam and mic. http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-computer/
