      Losing weight fast is unhealthy. Proper diet, reasonable potions broken up into 4 small meals a day, and lots of exercise is the only way to correctly lose weight. There are many sites on the internet that discuss proper eating and exercise for losing weight. You should check them out and follow the advice if you truly want to lose weight and remain healthy at the same time.
