      Why can't you open your e-mails? Can you explain what you are trying and what is happening? Also, the name of your e-mail provider is helpful.

        I have gmail and when I click on an email it just says loading and does not go any further

          When you reply, use the comment this answer option attached to the reply. This way the member gets an alert that you replied. Sorry you have to wait 2 hours for me to get back to you. I did not find your reply until now because I did not get an alert.

          Since Gmail is having trouble loading, my guess is that you need to update your Flash player. You can do that by clicking this link and downloading Flash again, it will install the newest version > http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
