Some other things to try.
Check the bowl where the float needle is to see if there is water in the gas. If you see water, drain all gas and replace with fresh gas. Remove the air filter, it it starts without the air filter, then replace or clean the air filter. Check the fuel filter and fuel line to make sure there are no clogs. Make sure the choke is working. Sometime the choke line gets stretched so it's not making the choke engage.
