      No. Your electric bill will be higher though.

        not a good idea. Depending on your electrical system , and how many plugs you have plugged into, one outlet, it coujld start an electrical fire.......especially if there's too much paper or dust bunnies, or cat hair or other junk near the plugs and the outlet. Even a little spark could start a fire.
