    How can I not get jealous about my american ex girlfriends?

    My boyfriend used to live in Austin and he moved to Mexico and I'm Mexican. He had 3 girlfriends when he was there and they are all beautiful and perfect bodies and blonde and pretty eyed, how can I not get jealous when they talk to him? I really need to know... (not my girlfriends, my boyfriends, little typo)

      Jealousy is a nasty feeling. Makes  you feel insecure. I have a friend that refuses to be jealous just because of the feeling. You can work on that...........
