    4. I have a florecent kitchen light. I need to wire a new ballast the wires don't match in color. It's 4 bulbs I have 2 red, 2 blue, 2 yellow on one side of the ballast. The other end has 1 black and 1 white the bulb connectors have all yellow on one side and blue and red on the other end. The new ballast has 2 red, 2 blue, 2 brown, and 2 gray wires that lead to the bulb connectors. My question is which wires go to what color.

      My suggestion since I am not an electrician and I'm not sure if we have any electricians here would be to go to Home Depot or Lowes or any electrical supply store and get advice from them. They may even have a diagram for you to refer to.
