First of all - get Atlas Profilax done on your back. You can find a practitioner here www.atlasprofilax.ch or search google. It is absolutely a must for everyone. Then, eat nutritious wholesome foods and take high quality additional nutrition which is wholesome, that is to say not fractionated vitamins or metallic minerals, but directly from the nature supplements, as nutrition and especially minerals lack in the soil. Get as a minimum Nutritional Yeast for vit b complex and Monotonaceous earth for silica and sulfur that will make the body create calcium out of it. Take also an Omega 3 oil such as Flax or Hempoil, but NOT fish oil. Read Brian Peskin if you are interested in the oils. They will improve a lot too. Stop any hardened or adulterated fats such as margarine and consume only natural fats such as organic oils, butter and lard - Yes, I said lard. They have been lying about oils and about health for a hundred years now.  Do only this and you will feel so much better and do more if you can, little by little - not all at once. Thank you, Sigrid
