      You have asked 2 questions here. There other has not been answered yet. On this site which is akaQA, also known as questions and answers, the app is set up to have "What would you like to ask" show in the question bar so you know where to ask your question. As far as I know, akaQA is not experiencing any site issues so this leads me to believe it is another webpage you are having an issue with. You need to click the "contact us" button or help link on that page. We can not correct issues with another website.
