Have you tried unplugging the washing machine to see if the settings will reset that way? I would unplug it for 15 minutes or so. I suppose you no longer have the owners manual? The manual comes with a troubleshooting section. I checked Haire's site for a manual but unfortunately it's all in Chinese. You may be forced to call a repair man. At least try unplugging it and see if that helps.
