I can not find anything for the Caddy. Perhaps one of the other makes are similar or have the same engine. Check the Jetta or Golf > http://www.bing.com/search?q=how+to+replace+the+sparkplugs+on+a+vw+caddy+1.6&FORM=HDRSC1
You may find help from other VW owners on the VW forums http://www.vwforum.com/
Or see your local mechanic. He may give you some free advice.
