    can i get my previous google homepage back?

    while the new homepage set up may be more functional for some people, Iwould prefer to recover the previous set up.  I use more of the shortcuts on that set up than on the new one

      To get to the homepage you set up in IE or Firefox, you need to change your homepage to http://google.com/ig in the options menu under the Tools menu (the wrench). This will reset your homepage to the one you set up as long as you are signed into google.http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/mytdlSoIIBQ%5B1-25-false%5D
