The industrial might of the fossil fuel industry and its influence in our culture is monumental and exceeded only by God. The Light-Water Nuclear Power process is the only adaptive competitor to the fuel industry.  Extreme restrictions on its application and adaptation in all cultures are  sponsored by the fuel industry and CIA through bogus assessments of its use and pretentious hazards. The unwillingness of our government to address our need for such an energy process over that of the fossil fuel industry threatens all life on our world.
