    The alleged "Boston Terrorist" possibly faces the deathy penalty. Thoughts?

    I don't support the death penalty on moral grounds.  A more humane penalty would be to sever his limbs, slap a few sterile bandaids on the sores, throw him off the shores of Alaska and point him towards Czechoslovakia.

    There is no death penalty in Massachusetts.

    It doesn't matter. He will be sentenced under federal law, if found guilty.
