i do the same thing over and over i know its the right sign in. what can i do to get my shedule

If it's not letting you log in, then it is not the right sign in. You are either entering your user name wrong or the password wrong. For either one, there should be a link to click for a reminder of user name or password.

Reset or say you have forgot password then they will send new password you should get in that way good luck
