Can't do it better than BaDaDtene.

    14.2/3=4.733x8=37.866 seconds to go 1 mile  3600 seconds in 1 hour (60x60)  3600/37.866=95.072 MPH

    Not enough information........

You'd have to know how much gas the vehicle uses in  3/ 8 of a mile.Or better yet, how many gallons or parts of gallons it uses in one mile---traveling at what speed per hour ?
