    does the asistant district attorney have the authority to look at you and tell you they dont see nothing wrong with you and tell you that they want to see medical records, knowing that you have signed up for disability and knowing that you have to have a court order for medical records ??

    First, are you charged with a crime? What is going on that he would need your medical records? You have not given enough detail for me to even begin answering this other than to say, medical records are private and unless you give the over willingly, he will need a court order to see them. Also, unless he's an M.D. he can not decide on his own if you are disabled or not. He would have to send you to a physician under court order should you decide not to go. Again, this all depends on what is going on and why the assistant DA is involved.
