      Do u really consider the paper that one would read, as a criteria in order to decide whether you'd speak to him/her or not??? The important issue should not be what one reads, but HOW he/she reads the source (paper, zine, site, etc.). So, sorry my friend, but if u just "read" The Times and/or The Observer, i'm afraid its not enough to "make you upper upper" as per your quote...
