Which printer are you using? You need to print a test page to make sure it's an issue with the printer and not the page you are trying to print. Some pages are copyright protected and have a code embedded into them that prevents you from printing the information on the page. Without knowing which printer you have, I can not tell you how to print the test page which is a self diagnostics page the printer uses. You could try finding another page on the internet to print and see if that one comes out all black. If you still have the manual for your printer, you could refer to the troubleshooting section of it.
