You have no low end what?
What does all this mean: "is cdi box bsd"
We do not have any ATV mechanics here so you need to be clear as to what information you need so we can search the internet for answers for you.

cdi box advances the spark i have good spark on the lowend side of the box but i havent got good spark to go to top speed
Have you checked the coil? I do not know ATV's but since you say low end and high end, you may 2 coils.
