See a dentist...Ibuprofen is an excellent dental pain medicine...bite on a clove...use oragel or dentigel...see a dentist !!

A tooth of garlic is great too. Slice it in slivers and apply to gum area. If there is a hole in the tooth put the garlic in there too. It will burn or sting for a little but it takes away the pain and it helps to combat the infection that is causing the pain. Garlic is natures antibiotic.
