      It means some sort of error. Could be out of paper, out of ink or a paper jam. You need to see if you have a control panel that will tell you what the error is.

        Replace the ink cartridge of your printer maybe thats the reason why there is an error and the blinking light indicates that your ink is already empty and needs to be replaced
