    Help!! suggest me ways to prevent hair loss?

    I want natural ways so that it wont damage me hair..

        I am not balding but my hair used to be thick; nowadays it began thinning and lot of them come out on the hair brush.

        This could be an age thing or a health thing. When was your last check up with a doctor? A bad thyroid can cause hair loss.

        1. Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.
