      Where did you get the unlock code from? Did you buy it? You need to contact whoever you bought it from. If you used a cheat, then you're probably out of luck.

        You can get the unlock code for your Blackberry device from MobileUnlockSolutions.com . They are legit and they will provide unlock code along with unlocking instructions. But,They provide unlock codes of GSM phones only.
