Even if someone has been using your password to access your e-mail account, this should not prevent you from accessing the account. Make sure you are typing the password in correctly and your caps lock is off. If you still can not access it, click the "forgot password" link near where you type in the password. If you did not link your e-mail account to another e-mail account where they could send the password reset link to, you will have to answer the security questions you chose when you set up the account. After you answer the questions, you will be shown a box where you can change your password.
