    Why can't I scan to computor from Brother printer

    All I get is message saying 100% normal

      Did you run the install disc for the printer? That puts the drivers for the printer into your computer. Do you have the usb cable connected linking the printer to the computer? Is the printer set as the default printer for the computer? Is the printer set for online status?
