Exercise can delay the onset of Alzheimers and decrease the severity.

Exercises are a healthy way to keep your body active and in working condition. it helps to improve the blood circulation and makes your bone strong to sustain injuries. it makes your skin healthy and this will impact well on your age as you'll look young and feel quite active.

I go cycling most weekends, Sunday mornings usually. It certainly does me some good, the thing to remember though is , if you are 66 years old like me don't try and keep up with the 20 year olds, go at a pace that is best for you. I would say that applys to all excercises. I also play the piano and clarinet  and that helps to keep the brain active.
