There are websites on line where you pay a fee to get your phone unlocked or you can call your phone service provider and pay them to unlock it.

You can unblock your Samsung c3050 using the unblock code available at Unlock-Zone.com . To get the unblock code select the country and network to which your phone is locked to. Get the unlocking service and provide the IMEI no., when it is asked. You will get the unblock code via mail. Follow the instructions provided accordingly.
