After looking at a few models (you did not list your model number) it appears the power is a slide switch either on the top right corner of the keyboard area or on the front lip of the laptop. I'm assuming you meant laptop and not PC as I did not find PC but if it is a PC then it should be on the face of the tower. The power button or slide switch location should be listed in your user manual also.
