Seriously? You ask a question and then end it with an insult?

How about this, Google US Constitutional amendments and if you can read beyond a 1st grade level, you will see the list of amendments.

When starting a new sentence, you should capitalize the first letter. I believe that is taught in second grade.

I suggest that you read Dale Carnegie's bestseller entitled "How to win friends and influence people" Trust me, you NEED to read it lickety-split.

It won't help you with your civics class assignment but it will make you more likeable to others than you are now.
