You can disable the pop up blocker completely or just disable it for certain sites.
Go to Tools on your browser > Options > Content tab > next to "Block pop up windows", see Exceptions, click it. Paste or type address of site you want pop ups to be allowed for, click Allow or uncheck "Block pop up windows" to disable it completely.
