All of this is to say that when you find an Aquastar today, you can tell that it has been put through its paces. Look no further than the great patina that this example has taken on, with the dial fading link from an original steely black to a rich caramel-esque tropical link brown. At link first glance the dial may appear to be a simple white finish but if you look closer you'll be delighted to find super-subtle link vertical grains on it. This unique texture is extremely hard to capture in a photo and it will only reveal itself when the light hits the dial just right enlarge the link picture above to see for yourself.
