This is akaQA. We are a general question and answer forum. I can not find a program called earth live, so I'll assume you mean Google earth >> http://www.ehow.com/how_6779180_live-google-earth.html 

There are no programs that let you see live images of earth or places on earth. Privacy policies prevent that. Would you like it if millions of people could watch what you were doing on your personal property, or doing any where for that matter?

I would like to see everything live and un-sensored over a continuous time line from every camera, lap-top, telephone, police and store camera all on, and on-line all the time. No privacy what so ever.   Do not use your phone in the toilet without putting your finger over the camera window.
