      Being personally accountable usually includes being ready to answer, at all times, the following questions;


      What are you doing? When will you be doing it? What is your purpose in doing it?


      How do you plan to accomplish it? Who will you be collaborating with and why?


      Have you an expected time of completion? Do you have a 'Plan B'?


      Let us know if you encounter resistance and/or difficulties that we can assist you with.
