how can you make a woman take a paternity test to verify that a child is fathered by you.espesially when she moved half way across the country.?can i do any thing.she will not respond to any emails ect..its been almost 10 years now.ive never laid eyes on her(my daughter)at least i think...99%.i want to make contact but she completly shut me out...because i did not want to marry her ect...what do I do.I want to be a father if she is my blood!!!

By getting a sample of the child's DNA you could prove that the child was/ was not not fathered by you. This would mean getting some body fluid like saliva, blood or a hair sample with follicles. This might be difficult without allegations of assault. Does the mother claim support payments from you? If so you could get the court to intervene.
