I don't know what you mean by "lifestyle". As for work, do you have a skill and/or education, experience, to get a job in Canada? As for discrimination, although Canada has a "policy" against in, you probably will encounter it eventually, whether it be blatant, or "invisibly." Where are you from originally?

What is it about Qatar that has made it hard? I see from one of your other questions, you'd like to learn Arabic quickly. Is this one of your problems, being unable to read or communicate or understand it? If so, it'll take time. You are in a good place to learn it; it's "all around you."
