    3. ive been off work on the sick since dec 10th 20012 i had my operation 2 weeks ago and i phoned work up to say id be back in 6 weeks or less they said they were busy and they would phone me back they didnt then i recieved a letter saying no position for me anymore

      See a lawyer, take them to the cleaners, if you were supplying them with the relevant medical certificates they cannot pay you off.
