I myself, am gluten-free and dairy free but you just have to experiment. It is overwhelming at first, but it will get easier for you.

You're welcome but I have never seen any research anywhere that indicates that a person ever "outgrows" (in particular) gluten intolerance. Researching gluten is my main focus.
Most children outgrow allergies and food intolerance's. testing shows the reaction level reduces to a point it's safe to re-introduce. If it develops in adulthood then it's unlikely to go again.
Interesting. There are so many people now who have problems with food. The more we get away from eating real, whole foods, the worse the problem will get. It takes a lot more work, not to mention money, to eat healthy. Sad isn't it.
I've had a chance to go over a lot of the content on that site Ducky, just wanted to thank you again, it's brilliant.
