Which user names and passwords is it not recognizing? Having a new toolbar should not affect the user names and passwords of sites on the internet. I have 3 different tool bars and all my user names and passwords work fine on them. I can try to help if you want to keep the the toolbar (I will need to know the name of this tool bar) or you can just go ahead and uninstall it. Here's how to do that:
Go to your start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate the toolbar > click uninstall
