      Cheaper than you want or no one will buy it. The people you get for yard sales think they are doing you a favor in taking your "junk" off your hands so they want to spend as little as possible on it. Example, that toaster oven you spent $35 on last year and used 2 times, yeah, expect to get $4 for it.

        put a price on what you think it's worth! sentemental value is only valid to you. then comprimise on the price.. other wise sell it by the yard!!

          About half of its real value unless you want to keep it, and be ready to take less. Clothing should be only a fraction of what you paid for it or it won't sell. Baby and children clothing goes good but people will expect to get things cheep.

            price it a little higher than you think it's worth. you can always come down in price to please the buyer and eventually yourself.
