You could try ice and after the wax is hard use a fine tooth comb to get it out! I also wonder how the wax got in your hair! Cavorting by candlelight?

My question is 'how did the candle wax get in your hair'..

maybe if its long hair you can put your head close to an ironing board, place a towel over it and use an iron to melts it into the towel.. Other than that, i don't know, just cut it off i guess. When i was a kid, i got chewing gum in my hair, my mom had to shave off my hair. :) Good luck.
