The STAGE 2 kit from HD, varies depending on the engine.
Generally, it consists of either a big bore or stroker kit, cams, air cleaner, heavy duty clutch spring and ECM remapping (for injected models), the best thing for injection is the addition of the Screamin Eagle Super Tuner.
