    Things You'll Need
    Jack base
    Inner cylinder
    Jacking cylinder
    Piston
    Wrench
    Screw post
    Lever arm
    Spring clips
    Steel pins
    Outer cylinder
    Hex nut
    Hydraulic oil
    Air feed
    Rubber hose

    Instructions
    1
Build the inner cylinder. Attach the inner jack cylinder to the jack base. Turn clockwise until it clicks into place. Attach the small jacking cylinder and piston to the base. Tighten the cylinders with the wrench.

    2
Slide the screw post into the inner cylinder. Insert the lever arm into the piston. Secure the lever in place with the spring clips and steel pins.

    3
Place the outer cylinder over the inner cylinder. Twist to lock in place. Place the hex nut on top of the outer cylinder. Tighten the nut with a wrench.

    4
Lubricate the screw post with hydraulic oil to reduce friction. Unscrew the filler plug. Fill the valve with hydraulic oil. Screw the plug back in.

    5
Connect the air feed to the air hose. Attach the hose to the piston. Connect the air feed to an air source for testing.
