Jack base
Inner cylinder
Jacking cylinder
Piston
Wrench
Screw post
Lever arm

Outer cylinder
Hex nut
Hydraulic oil
Air feed

Instructions

Build the inner cylinder. Attach the inner jack cylinder to the jack base. Turn clockwise until it clicks into place. Attach the small jacking cylinder and piston to the base. Tighten the cylinders with the wrench.

Slide the screw post into the inner cylinder. Insert the lever arm into the piston. Secure the lever in place with the spring clips and steel pins.

Place the outer cylinder over the inner cylinder. Twist to lock in place. Place the hex nut on top of the outer cylinder. Tighten the nut with a wrench.

Lubricate the screw post with hydraulic oil to reduce friction. Unscrew the filler plug. Fill the valve with hydraulic oil. Screw the plug back in.

Connect the air feed to the air hose. Attach the hose to the piston. Connect the air feed to an air source for testing.
