Like I said, that's within some margin, as a 42mm case size like the standard lineup of DB28 – and in this case the DB28XP "Kind of Blue" – still might be a bit too link long from top to bottom for a thinner wrist. That was the link case with a few friends who tried on link the DB28XP shortly after I photographed it. But at 8.5mm thick, the DB28XP should look thicker on the wrist than the svelte DB28XS which is only 7.4mm. Take a look at the two pictures below.

Leather strap and fringe aside it's not the most durable watch with only 30 meters of water resistance so you probably don't link want to link shovel your driveway wearing Golden Merry. In fact one of the bows fell off the watch during my unboxing. So as I dug the driveway out of the six inches of snow that had fallen in the 12 hours since I arrived home my mother got her link sewing kit out to re-affix the bow with all the speed of Santa's elves to make sure the watch was camera-ready for Christmas.
